We saw the car we were looking for on their website and when I called I spoke to one of the salespeople named Colby Yates. Colby was very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to push anything extra on me and considering that it was a 3.5 hr drive to his dealership he did everything to make the deal happen that we were looking for and had everything ready for us when we arrived. I found a Highlander on line and Renae Tanner reached out to me. We were at the beach and I stopped by the dealership on our way home. I had been looking for a 100 Series Land Cruiser or LX470 for months, and finally found what I was looking for at Pitts Toyota. Roseanne and Renae were both excellent. Starting the process online, all of my questions were answered promptly and with transparency. When I drove 2 hours to see the vehicle in person it was just as described, without unpleasant surprises. Pitts Toyota Dealership was super helpful and went above and beyond to help our 21 year old daughter stuck with car issue. Kendra from the service department was amazing and helped with communication between our stranded daughter and parents at home 3 hours away. She even provided fritos and water to our daughter while she waited. The service technician was amazing too and we cant say enough about this dealership. Best customer service and care ever!

I would give the place 10 stars if I could. I was traveling down I-16 toward Savannah last weekend when my check engine light unexpectedly came on. Fortunately I was close to Dublin and made it to Autozone, who advised me that Potts Toyota was right down the street. Pitts Toyota is An amazing place. Jerry and nick go above and beyond to make sure that everything is in order and the business runs properly. The people are great, the work environment is heavenly and it has been a joy working for Pitts. However, Sam Allen, the service manager, is a joke. I do not recommend working under him.

I bought a used 2015 Camry Hybrid from Mary Linda Flanders about 5 years ago. Not only has the car been a dream to drive and own, but her customer service has been superb! The buying process was so smooth and stress free, and she has kept in touch with us through the years. I live in Texas now, but when I need a new car, I will probably drive to Georgia to buy a new one from her!
