My husband and I purchased a new Tacoma truck about 5 months ago and we love it! We wanted to commend our salesman, Colby Yates, who Jerry Pitts recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the whole purchase process and located the truck we were looking for. When it was delivered, he spent a great deal of time getting us set up in it. He explained and reviewed all the features the truck had to offer, which had a lot, with which we were not familiar. My husband was disappointed that Toyota does not offer CD players in the trucks anymore and Colby went above and beyond to try to help us with other options to be able to play my husband's music in the truck. He even copied a stack of CDs onto a jump drive and showed us how we could then play that in the truck, since we were not versed in how to do that ourselves. He went way out of his way to help us and was so nice throughout. We would highly recommend Pitts Toyota and especially Colby Yates to others looking for a great vehicle.

We located a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota at Pitts Toyota that we were very interested in from an ad on Autotrader.com. We live in Atlanta and had already test-driven several cars at Atlanta Toyota and at one used car dealership. We reached out to Internet Manager Mary Linda Flanders, and she made an appointment with Sales Consultant Tommy Roberts for us to meet that afternoon to test-drive the car. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the immaculate condition of the car, and realized during our time there that all pre-owned vehicles are carefully detailed and serviced before being offered for sale. That was a pleasant surprise after driving several cars at 2 dealerships in Atlanta where the cars were in less desirable condition – vehicles with signs of wheel curb rash, scrapes, dings, interior stains, and lack of effort to detail the cars. We were also impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of every employee we dealt with. We decided we were interested in purchasing the car. After going back & forth a couple of times between our Sales Consultant and the Sales Manager regarding the car’s price and the value of our trade-in vehicle, we agreed on a price we felt comfortable with. We completed the transaction and drove back to Atlanta that afternoon with our “new” Certified Pre-Owned Toyota. Thank you to Mary Linda Flanders for making a positive first impression and recommending the restaurant Company Supply for a great place to eat in historic downtown Dublin, only 1 block away. Thanks to Tommy Roberts for his friendliness, honesty and transparency in the transaction. We also greatly appreciate our pleasant experience with Garry Britt (Sales Manager) and Jed Barker (Finance Director). Service Advisor Blake McCranie was very helpful and courteous in printing out the service history on the car we were purchasing, since it was a local Dublin car that had been serviced at Pitts Toyota. Our entire experience was such a pleasure, we have actually discussed possibly driving from Atlanta to Dublin once or twice a year for service and maintenance! Thank you all!

After a deer had collided with our Infiniti FX35, it needed quite some repair on the side and to the front. Pitts Toyota Inc. did an excellent job and we can only highly recommend them to others. Sure, we also have to recommend our State Farm insurance.

I absolutely like Pitts Toyota and have been using them for as long as I can remember! They are nice, delightful, family-oriented people, and I will continue doing business with them as long as I can! I bought my car a few years back and I have gotten my children to buy there as well! They combine the efficiency and accessibility of a big city dealership with a small town friendliness and great great prices! Thank you Pitts for continuing the tradition of a genuine business.

Dealership had the rudest sales people of any that I have visited. Makes you want to purchase anything except a toyota or any car that Pitts has. Would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car, stay away. If this is the attitude before the sale, imagine what it will be like after you have purchased your new car.
